The woman turns out to be Ayako Oshima, the mother of a student who was suspected of arson in a warehouse blaze 15 years ago. Oddly, Mariko had been trapped in that warehouse fire with another student, but was saved by Junichi. However, the other student died in the blaze. Soon after, Mariko receives a letter from Junichi, in which he confesses to a crime Mariko was not aware of. Are the two fires related? And what was the crime Junichi confessed to?

After failing to enroll at night school, Hayato has somehow found a new job as a bouncer. During the day, he is confronted by a middle schooler who tells him off when he tries to leave a cigarette butt on the ground. The man was Yukio Mishima, one of Japan's greatest and most celebrated novelists. With four members of his own private army - the Tatenokai - Mishima had taken the commandant hostage and called upon the assembled military outside the Ministry to overthrow their society and restore the powers of the Emperor. When the soldiers mocked and jeered Mishima, he cut short his speech and withdrew to the commandant's office where he committed seppuku - the samurai warrior's death - tearing open his belly with a ceremonial knife before being beheaded by one of his colleagues. Shimazaki Sanpo is an experienced mountain climber and rescue team volunteer. Sanpo loves the mountains and wants as many people as possible to experience everything they have to offer so much so that he never holds a grudge against anyone for causing an accident due to their own negligence. As her confidence wanes, multiple accidents occur simultaneously due to a mountain blizzard, forcing the entire team into action.

High school dropout Hayato gets locked up in juvenile prison, where his usual stuck up attitude puts him in trouble with the other delinquents. This installment marks the return of undefeated Yanki (Japanese delinquent) boss, Monji Mori, who becomes Hayato’s nemesis.

This is the second film in the Gachiban MAX series of juvenile delinquent action films, filmed in a guerrilla style and featuring realistic fight scenes. Kubota Masataka stars in this one, as he did in the first film, with handsome new actors added in vivid fight scenes. Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota), who took control of Shibuya in the first film, moves into Kabukicho in Shinjuku. He challenges a fight against Aikawa Koji (Matsuzaki Yutaka) the Kabukicho high school gang leader who does any bad thing he likes and manipulates yakuza and nightclub hosts with money.

The hard struggle of the hero who comes from a suburban town to Shibuya in Tokyo is portrayed realistically with guerilla style shooting. High school dropout Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota Masataka) hears that his school upperclassman Yoshio (Suzunosuke) has control over Shibuya, the sacred ground for juvenile delinquents, and goes to the downtown area to become his "pupil." However, Yoshio, whom he meets again after a long time, has become a weakling who works hard at a part-time job distributing packets of tissues to passers-by.
