History

Nurbani Yusuf (December 25, 1939 – October 22, 2015) was an Indonesian actress. Nurbani graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 1976, majoring in law. She then won in a beauty pageant of Ratu Kecantikan Indonesia in 1958. This grabbed the attention of director Usmar Ismail, who later casted her in the film Asrama Dara (1958). Other than that, she is best known for her work in Anak Perawan di Sarang Penyamun (1962).
