Ning Haiqiang

Korean War, winter 1950. In the frozen and snowy area of Changjin Lake, a bloody battle is about to begin between the elite troops of the United States and China.

China's first peacekeeping military film "China Blue Helmet" tells the story of the current Chinese peacekeeping force's officers and men in Africa's resolute implementation of President Xi's "building a community of human destiny", strictly fulfilling the mission entrusted by the United Nations, and dispatching the "Bing King" The operational team headed by Du Feng risked his life and rescued the UN investigation team from the terrorists, thus preventing a war that was triggered, maintaining the order of the refugee camp and safeguarding the rights and interests of the refugees. But the young soldiers also sacrificed their lives in order to maintain peace in Africa during this operation...

The Warriors was directed by Ning Haiqiang (whose oeuvre includes 2015’s The Hundred Regiments Offensive), is set in 1935 and follows a regiment of the People’s Liberation Army – then known simply as the Red Army – led by Commander Huang Kaixiang (Ethan Li) and including Sergeant Yang Zhengwei (Nie Yuan), as it races towards a key bridge that has to be taken in order to stop the Kuomintang troups’ progress in the region.

Rui is a top student graduated from computer science major. But he works on a non-profession-related position which is boring. He wants to make some change but feels hard to speak out. He goes to hospital for a medical check and is told for gastric cancer diagnosis. He decides to apply work transfer and acts on his own, but the leader refuses and retains him. His friend suggests him doing something bad to facilitate the work transfer and he adopts the suggestion. But the bad thing becomes good and he gets praised and promoted.
