Sinopsis
La historia empieza 14 años después del Casi Tercer Impacto, el gobierno japonés decide desmantelar NERV y arrestar a su personal, durante los 14 años varios miembros de NERV obtienen su libertad y deciden formar una organización llamada WILL-E cuyo supuesto propósito es limpiar los mares, en realidad tratan de detener los planes de la nueva NERV.
