Having realised that, Hannah starts leaving hints for Max, so as to shake him out of the the everyday emptiness and make him focus on what is important.

However as the space becomes crowded and animalistic tendencies emerge, the behaviour and motivation changes. Competition rises and the once pure mortals become territorial, protective and egoistic.
