It's a story about relationship which is relatable in this current situation. Six characters portrayed the current fragile relation. At a certain point they all connected with each other.
Pritha, a middle aged housewife stays with her husband Alokesh and her 8 year old son Riju in a house in the outskirts of Kolkata. Her life changes all of a sudden when a stranger enters Pritha's house at night and takes Pritha and her son Riju as hostage within few moments. Riju, the 8 years old son, however without any apprehension starts getting fond of this unwanted guest. Pritha also surprisingly strikes a friendly chord with the stranger in the house..There is something weirdly charming about the stranger which draws Pritha's attention. As time passes Pritha goes through a range of emotions of eminent fear, astonishment and eventually develops a connection with the apparent terrorist. Is there something more to it? Several murders have taken place through out the city of Kolkata. A Serial killer is believed to be responsible. The mods operandi being that the killer always caries out the murder according to verses in Bengali poetry. He leaves behind the verses next to the victim. The police are baffled. There lead detective struggles to solve the case. This leads to his superiors deciding to bring back an ex-cop to help solve the case. The ex-cop was suspended for orchestrating a fake encounter and is well known for his bad temperament. Now the ex-cop and the lead detective must work together to catch the serial killer before another innocent loses his life.
Three friends with stars in their are struggling in the Kolkata film industry to make it big as actor, director and screenwriter respectively, when they hit upon the perfect idea for a film, and make it into a script. But finding a producer to finance the film proves tougher than conceiving it; so they approach a diva both for starring in the film as well as producing it. Spurned even by her and at the end of their tether, they take recourse to the only option left - to play out the plot of the film in real life, which is to kidnap the heroine to raise funds by way of ransom. But unexpected twists ensue.
Six people from different backgrounds share their love stories, lovers and relationships. In the process they come to terms with their own thoughts and feelings.
