A triangle of love, death and separation. Eda and Sarp rent an Airbnb before a long separation. They walk into the house to find the housekeeper, Can, lying on the floor having tried to kill himself. And they save his life. But something more important needs rescuing: their relationship… With the help of wine and weed, the three talk, become closer and start playing a guessing game. But after a while Can crosses a line, despite being consistently right in his guesses.

After an initial welcome, he experiences an increasing number of tense interactions and is reluctantly dragged into local politics. When Emre forms a bond with the owner of the local newspaper pressure escalates under heated rumours.

At Turkey’s oldest zoo, a lonely manager and a neglected female officer form an unlikely bond: as they hide the death of the zoo’s oldest inhabitant, an Anatolian leopard, in order to stop the privatization process and fake its escape, they set in motion an absurd charade that spins out of control. In Turkey’s grey and quiet capital, the ghost of the leopard persists.

During his military service in 1990's Southeast Turkey, Ahmet experiences something that will haunt him for the rest of his life. In 2013, when the chaotic days of Gezi Park protests in Istanbul start, Ahmet learns he has a brain tumor. Just as the lines between truth and fiction, the dream and the reality start to get blurred for him, he meets Serap; the love of his life. But time is ticking and his painful past weighs down on him every day, suffocating him with the same question: Who is the child that plays hide and seek with him?

Orhan is a quiet family man. On the one hand, he takes care of her mother, who is in a coma due to a house accident, and on the other hand, he deals with the debt he has left because his friend disappears. In this process, he gets out of tune with his family and gradually loses his father's role. Orhan, who goes into additional job trials such as interviewer and taxi driver to cover the debt, increasingly becomes another man.

"Letters from Silivri" draws on letters of the Turkish philanthropist and public intellectual Osman Kavala to document a timeline of his imprisonment. By separating voice and image the film intends to create an echo chamber that allows audiences to listen more carefully to Kavala’s letters, while at the same time place his words in context to a civil society.
