En el año 2002 Ana, con 24 años, comienza a dictar clases de danza en La Cava, un barrio de bajos recursos. Allí conoce a María, de 6 años. En 2010, toman la decisión de hacer una obra de danza donde ambas participarán en la creación como colegas. Pero algo inesperado sucede y deben suspenderla; Ana, con 33 años, está embarazada y María, con 16 años, también. Hoy, ya madres, vuelven a juntarse para darle forma a la obra.
