When young Joshua learns that he will be going on vacation with his family to a small town called Nilbog, he protests adamantly. Based on the classic tale of the Pied Piper, this Rock-Opera themed cartoon tells the tale of the 1960s small suburban town of Hamlin, which has been infested with rats. Sly, a Jimi-Hendrix styled guitarist, is hired to take care of the rats with his musical abilities, and is promised a Harley Davidson from the mayor as payment. When he gets cheated out of his payment, he then uses his music to lead the kids to a mountain.

But when we began to peel back the layers and ask questions about its origin story, how it became so popular, and why it's so difficult to find one in lower Manhattan, we were introduced to a much deeper tale fueled by borough rivalries, hip-hop mythology, and hard-to-swallow truths, giving us a more meaningful glimpse into what makes this city tick.

An unexpected event brings together an unlikely group of students.

The main character is studying in his house in Malabo when, suddenly, the power is cut. He tries to look for a candle, but he falls down because of the darkness. The light comes back and he can start to study again, but this does not last long. The power goes off again, the character tries to fix it, but he has an electric accident. When the light comes back on, he appears with “Rasta” hair and, a few seconds later, the power is cut for the third time.
