赤ずきんことヴァレリー（アマンダ・セイフライド）は木こりのピーター（シャイロー・フェルナンデス）と愛し合っていたが、ヘンリー（マックス・アイアンズ）との婚約を親が勝手に決めてしまう。ある満月の夜、ヴァレリーの姉が何者かに惨殺され、魔物ハンターのソロモン神父（ゲイリー・オールドマン）は人オオカミのしわざだと宣告するが……。
