ニューヨークで悪事を働く犯罪組織フット団を追っていたテレビレポーターのエイプリル、ある日、強盗に入ったフット団をこらしめる何者かの姿を目撃する。数日後、エイプリルは別の現場でフット団をやっつける何者かに遭遇。撮影に成功するも、そのヒーローたちの正体は人間の言葉を話し、体長180センチもあるカメだった。

三島一八率いるGコーポレーションから、中国拳法の達人で女子高生のリン・シャオユウに、ある仕事の依頼がくる。京都の学校へ潜入し、神谷真という男を調べるミッションを受けたシャオユウだったがうまくいかず、そうこうするうちに真が何者かに誘拐されてしまう。シャオユウはさらに真を追おうとするが、三島財閥の陰謀に阻まれる。

画期的な人工皮膚の研究をしていたペイトン。恋人の弁護士ジュリーが研究所に持ち込んだ書類がきっかけとなり麻薬組織に襲われ研究所諸共爆破され全身を焼かれたまま、爆破の衝撃で吹き飛ばされ行方不明となってしまう。死んだと思われていたペイトンだが身元不明の重傷者として病院に収監されていた。意識を取り戻したペイトンは復讐心に駆られ病院を脱走しかつて研究していた人工皮膚を利用し、誰にでもそっくりに化けることができる事が可能となる。人工皮膚を使い醜い焼けどの化け物に自分をした麻薬組織への復讐を始めるのだった。

物質移動と遺伝子組み換えについて研究している科学者セスは、物質を別の空間に転移する新装置“テレポッド”を発明する。セスと出会った雑誌記者のベロニカは装置のことを特ダネにしようと彼に提案し、やがて2人は愛し合う仲になる。やがてセスは自ら“テレポッド”の実験台になるが、装置の中に1匹のハエがまぎれ込んでいたせいで、彼の肉体に異常な変化が。なんとセスの肉体に、少しずつハエのような特徴が現われてくる。

カルメン＆ジュニは世界の危機を救ったことで、OSS（戦略事務局）の一部門として設立されたスパイキッズに採用され、今日も活躍していた。ある晩、大統領主催のOSSパーティが開かれた。そこにはカルメン＆ジュニたちの他に、ライバル・スパイキッズ、ギグルズ兄妹と彼らの父でグレゴリオと次期OSS局長を争うダナゴンもいた。パーティも佳境に入った頃、大統領が持っていた秘密兵器トランスムッカーが何者かに盗まれてしまう。カルメン＆ジュニはトランスムッカーを追って、奇妙な動物が棲息する謎の島に辿り着き、そこで怪しげな男、ドクター・ロメオに出会うのだった。
