コトブキヤのロボットプラモデル「フレームアームズ」から生まれた美少女プラモデルシリーズを原作に、2017年4～6月に放送されたテレビアニメ「フレームアームズ・ガール」の総集編となる劇場版。全12話のテレビシリーズを、新作カットを交えて振り返る。女子高校生あおのもとに届けられた謎の小包には、「フレームアームズ・ガール」と呼ばれる完全自律型の小型ロボット「轟雷」が入っていた。轟雷は人工自我＝「AS（アーティフィシャル・セルフ）」を搭載した最新型の試作機で、バトルデータを収集し、感情を学んでいく。あおはそんな轟雷とともに、奇妙で楽しい日常を送っていく。

「話をしようと思う。俺と、美遊の……これまでの話を」 世界は滅びに向かって進んでいた。 その歩みを止められるのは、〝聖杯〟たる美遊の犠牲のみ。 世界か、美遊か——。 〝世界の救済〟を掲げるエインズワースが突きつけられた問いに対し、イリヤが出した答えは、両方救うという単純な〝ワガママ〟だった。 戦いは小休止を迎え、一行は美遊と士郎が育った家に身を寄せる。 団らんのなか、士郎は、美遊との過去を話し始めた。 あらゆる願いを無差別に叶える神稚児だった美遊。 士郎は、切嗣と暮らしていた家に、身寄りのない彼女を引き取った。 それから、5年。二人は本当の兄妹のように平穏な暮らしを送ってきた。 しかし、そんな日常は突如として終わりを告げる。 美遊の生家へと訪れた二人。その前に、美遊を“奇跡”として希求する樹里庵が姿を現し——。 美遊と士郎、エインズワースの因縁が、ここに語られる。

天空闘技場で開催されるフロアマスターによる戦い「バトルオリンピア」。その大会にズシが参加することでウィングに招待されたゴンとキルアは、ゲスト来場していたネテロ会長と再会を果たす。しかし大会開催直前、謎の秘密組織「影（かげ）」に天空闘技場を占拠され、不意をつかれたネテロ会長は「怨」によって念を封じられてしまう。 会長の救出に向かうゴンとキルアだが、「影」のメンバーや彼らによって怨能力を与えられたフロアマスターたちが立ち塞がる。果たしてゴンたちは「影」を打ち破り、ネテロ会長を救出できるのか。そして、「影」を率いる隊長・ジェドとネテロ会長との因縁とは…。
