The first version of the documentary produced by the Peronist militants Chino Navarro and Topo Devoto, which focuses on the figure of the former President Néstor Kirchner with archival images. This version was rejected by its producers, who commissioned a new one from the director Paula de Luque, which was the one that premiered in Argentine theaters. But a copy of Caetano's work was leaked online, and after his viewing by President Cristina Fernández it was decided that his post-production and subsequent dissemination will be completed.

After losing their bearings, a group of Chilean soldiers learns some lessons about their enemy's humanity in this dark comedy set during the 1970s war between Chile and Argentina. Digging in where they are, the troop soon discovers a nearby Argentinean platoon. Unsure how to handle the situation, the two groups start passing notes via a stray dog, and eventually achieve a wary camaraderie.

El Caracazo o Sacudón fue una serie de fuertes protestas y disturbios durante el gobierno de Carlos Andrés Pérez, que comenzó el día 27 de febrero y terminó el día 28 de febrero de 1989 en la ciudad de Caracas, e iniciados realmente en la ciudad de Guarenas, cercana a Caracas. El nombre proviene de Caracas, la ciudad donde acontecieron parte de los hechos, recordando a otro hecho ocurrido en Colombia el 9 de abril de 1948; el Bogotazo.
