Tortured by terminal disease, he gives up the hope to live on.

Female Mongolian wrestler, Na Ren, was invited to participate in a women’s wrestling show in Japan. The show host, Boss, instantaneously changed the competition to mud wrestling and Na Ren was forced to compete. Later on, Na Ren discovered that Boss was actually her childhood playmate, Chi Na Si, who was banned from Sumo wrestling five years ago. Knowing that Boss had deceived her, Na Ren was nonetheless determined to awaken his consciousness and good heart through love.

Thirteen year old Xiao-Yan is devoted to her studies at her local school and determined to use them as a spring-board out of her mundane fate. Unfortunately for her, the school fees for the new term are set to increase from 20 yuan up to 24 and her mother, struggling to cope on her meager income while her husband is away working, is unwilling to stump up the new amount. Young Xiao-Yan is made of sterner stuff though and, in between looking after her two troublesome younger brothers during the holidays, she thinks of a way to raise the money herself. Initially she takes eggs from home and tries to sell them at the market, but this scheme proves to offer scant reward for her efforts. Inspired by the transactions of the local cattle market, Xiao-Yan forms an unsteady alliance with a street-smart urchin to raise a lamb with the intention of selling it on later for significant profit.
Ximei came to Guangzhou all alone, she wants to find her own bright future in this big city, but she was always refused in the strange city. Finally, she found a job in a restaurant, and met a group of friends such as Pangniu, Qiangzai and so on. Pangniu loves to Qiangzai, but Qiangzai loves Ximei, so Ximei has fallen into a triangular relationship.
Director Jack and Designer Xue’er will work together to complete a children's clothing advertisement, Xue’er has the habit of painting on banknotes. If the banknote can finally return to her own hand, then her wish can come true. Jack and Xue’er came to the orphanage to find the advertisement starring, and Xue’er chose Bingbing, a rebellious and lonely boy. Afterwards, Jack learned that Bingbing is actually the illegitimate child of Xue’er. Once an accident, Ximei got a cash with Xue’er’s painting. This scene happened to be seen by Jack, and this banknote linked all of them together.
During the 12th Century a boy is born to a tribal chief. He is named Temujin, which means "blacksmith." Nine years later, his father is murdered by the Tartars After a long struggle, just when Temujin reclaims tribal chief status, the Merkit tribe kidnaps his wife. In order to fight against the Merkits, Temujin has to use his mother as a pawn in exchange for troops from ally tribes. Temujin manages to rescue his wife only to realise that she is pregnant with the enemy's child. Enduring tremendous anguish, Temujin throws himself into battle against the Tartars and slaughters the leader of the intruders. He eventually takes his wife back and accepts her child. Later on, he begins a campaign to unify all Mongolian tribes. By the age of 40, he is bestowed the title "Genghis Khan", which means "oceanic ruler".
A humble noodle-maker in a remote Chinese province, Ermo feels that she's being taken for granted by family and friends. She decides the best way to impress them is to bring home the biggest, most expensive television set she can find - no matter how many noodles she has to peddle.
The setting is a heavily wooded, bandit-infested mountain pass somewhere in northern China during the Sino-Japanese War. In a dilapidated church lives a sullen young woman and her ferocious mutt. Passing through are strong, silent traders and porters, to whom she dispenses food, foot care and occasional sexual favors. Following an attack by bandits, a brutish porter stays on to tend his injuries and make moves on the woman. She, meanwhile, has the mutual hots for another porter, the handsome, kindlier “Sixth Brother." As tensions rise between the two men, the Japanese arrive to take the place by force...
