A film about the life of Juan Ramón Duarte, Evita's only brother. His ascent, his excesses, and his demise, in the times of Juan Domingo Perón.

Leonor, a widow in a small South American town, gives birth to Charlotte, a dwarf. The mother not only provides a rich childhood for her daughter, she erases any clues her daughter might see that would lead her to think she is different (mother burns books such as "Snow White" and destroys lawn statues of gnomes). In short, she doesn't want to talk about it. The mother succeeds in creating a modern-day Rapunzel: Charlotte becomes an accomplished young woman who captures the heart of Ludovico. But then, the circus comes to town.

Luisa discovers in the briefcase of Alberto, her husband, a fiery love letter, in which he is portrayed as an impetuous lover.

A television network infiltrates an inept employee (Porcel) in the competition and he begins to ruin all the programs but, instead of subtracting audience, he only managed to improve it.

Alberto, Jorge, Ricardo and Tristan are employees of a shoe store, all are married and share the friendship also between their wives. The 4 friends, faithful to the rogue style of Buenos Aires, go out of their way to have love affairs with the beautiful customers of the shoe store, and for that purpose one day they decide to rent, secretly, an apartment to use as a "bulín". The problems begin from then on, as everyone wants to be the first to release it and then, successively, take turns for their adventures. As is to be expected, it does not take long for the first entanglements to appear, while their wives seem to begin to suspect the adventures of these four typical Buenos Aires chantas.

Pepe receives a notebook from his great-uncle containing the formula for making an atomic bomb. When some specialists dedicated to science discover it, they begin to send people to steal it.
