Enfant, elle joue dans L'Ours et la Poupée en tant que nièce de Gaspard (Jean-Pierre Cassel) et dans Liza, en tant que fille de Georgio (Marcello Mastroianni). René Féret la dirige dans plusieurs de ses films : Mystère Alexina, L'Homme qui n'était pas là, Baptême et Promenades d'été. En 1990, elle est nommée pour le César du meilleur espoir féminin pour son rôle dans le film Baptême. Elle écrit et passe derrière la caméra en 1991 avec Un homme et deux femmes, expérience qu'elle renouvelle (pour l'écriture) avec Le Pressentiment, sorti le 4 octobre 2006. Entre-temps, en 1993, elle consacre un documentaire à Éric Le Lann, trompettiste français de jazz, Éric Le Lann à la trompette (63 min, couleurs). En 2009, elle est membre du jury de La France a un incroyable talent. Elle a été pendant plusieurs années la compagne de Jean-Pierre Darroussin.

Each Other:Fréda finds her brother every morning in the secret of her bedroom,they leave themselves and incestuous effective becomes the only possible relationship for both. Our Friend Judith: Judith, a cold and warm intellectual, secret and complex - Beautiful, Judith is careful not to show it, she knows interment and that is enough. Intelligent, she does not bend to the rules of fashion nor seduction.

Aline Dauchy-Gravey
In this film, director Rene Feret tells the story of his parents' lives. In 1935 his mother Aline works in her parents' cafe in a mining town in northern France. There, she meets a customer, Pierre and decides she is going to marry him. In a reversal of roles, she is the one who proposes to him, and she also engineers a false pregnancy to persuade her parents to okay the match. With a few stops along the way, the story picks up after the war with the birth of the couple's third son, who is given the name Rene in memory of their first, dead son. Never rich, they achieve some level of financial stability just as their sons are about to head off to the city for college. The love between the two older people is highlighted in a poignant scene as, just as he is about to die, the father shares a champagne toast with his wife in memory of one of their happier moments.
