父であるメフィストが善の心を取り戻し、アコはキュアミューズの役目も終わったとして父と共にメイジャーランドへ帰ることになった。その時、突然街にハウリング音が鳴り響き、街から音楽が消えてしまう事件が発生する。メイジャーランドに連絡を取ろうとするも、何故か反応が無い。 心配に思った響達はメイジャーランドに向かうが、いつも音楽で満ち溢れていたかつての面影は無く、音楽が消え世界は荒れ果て、人々は石のように無表情となり、音の鳴らない楽器を弾き続けたままだった。唯一動いていたアコの友達のスズは、このようになったのはアフロディテが突如変貌し、音楽を奪ってしまったからだと言う。真相を確かめるべく、アコとメフィストはアフロディテのいる城へ向かうが…。

雲隠れの里の長である雷影暗殺未遂と、霧隠れと岩隠れの上忍を殺害した罪に問われたナルトは、ブラッド・プリズンといわれる罪人収監所・鬼灯城（ほおずきじょう）に投獄される。城の主「無為（むい）」が操る最強の禁固術により力を奪われるこの場所で、何者かに命を狙われるナルト。無実を証明すべく、事件の真相を追うナルトと仲間たちの戦いが始まる。

シンケンジャーに倒された外道衆の生き残り・マダコダマが現れた。立ち向かうアラタだったが、マダコダマは天装術を無効化する力を持っており苦戦を強いられてしまう。そんな時、彼を志葉家19代目当主・シンケンレッドこと志葉丈瑠が助ける。 シンケンジャーのメンバーたちは復活した外道衆を倒すべく再び集結するが、そこに新たな姿・血祭のブレドランとなったブレドランとマダコダマが現れる。応戦するシンケンジャーだが敵の罠にはまり、丈瑠はさらわれてしまう。しかし、丈瑠を失ったシンケンジャーはゴセイジャーと作戦を考えようにもお互いのそりが合わない。 そんな彼らの前に立ちはだかったのは黒い羽衣を身につけ操られた外道シンケンレッドである。

えりかの母さくらがファッションショーを行うためパリに向かうことになり、オープン記念のショーではつぼみ達がファッションモデルとして参加することに。しかし、そのパリでは伝説上の怪物である「狼男」が出現するという噂がささやかれていた。 そんな中、砂漠の使徒に追われる謎の少年オリヴィエを助けたつぼみ達。彼を追っているのは、かつて封印されたと言われる砂漠の使徒・サラマンダー男爵。彼は不思議な力を持つオリヴィエを利用して世界を破壊しようと企む。

After being best man at his best friend's (Saitou Toshihisa) wedding, Nagai Atsushi realizes that he might have fallen for him. Nagai, drowning in his sorrows and hatred for the new bride then meets Honda Kenzou, another guest at the wedding. Honda takes care of Nagai when he was dead drunk and now Nagai can't stop thinking of both Honda and Saitou.

The Digital World is becoming so overpopulated that the super computer Yggdrasill who governs the Digital World can no longer handle it. Its solution is Project Ark: to wipe out most of inhabitants with the X Program. Yggdrasill chooses a very small percentage to be moved to a new Digital World and then proceeds to destroy the old one. Some Digimon who were not chosen survive anyway, and they move to the new world with a rare gift known as the X Antibody; this antibody changes their appearance and makes them more powerful, while at the same time making them immune to the X Program. No longer in control, Yggdrasill uses the Royal Knights to destroy these X-Digimon, who are outcasts in the new Digital World.

The movie was later rerun at Toei's anime festival "Tobidasu! 3D Toei Anime Matsuri" on 03.10.2009. Together with Digimon Savers 3D: Digital World Kiki Ippatsu!, and 2 other CG anime works by Toei, it was released on DVD on 21.02.2010.
