Adapted from the novel "Yu-san no Nyobo ~ Mou Hitori no Ishihara Yujiro" by Muramatsu Tomomi, this NHK / BS4K one -shot drama tells a love story of a woman who continues to be the "wife" of superstar Ishihara Yujiro.

餃子が名産物として知られる宇都宮を舞台に、イケメンゴルファーに恋をする出戻りシングルマザーの奮闘を描いた、足立梨花と田村侑久（BOYS AND MEN）主演によるラブコメディ。バツイチとなりシングルマザーとして、地元の宇都宮に帰ってきた陽子。子育てをしながら、実家である餃子屋の再建に奮闘する毎日を送る陽子は、謎のイケメン新聞配達青年と出会う。陽子は青年に恋心を抱くが、彼の正体はなんと今をときめくプロゴルファーの岩原亮だった。監督は「アンフェア」の原作や「HERO」「救命病棟24時」「ドラゴン桜」など数々の人気ドラマ脚本を手がけ、映画監督はこれが2作目となる秦建日子。

Taro's business failed and he got divorced. He also left his family's home. 5 years later, his oldest daughter Natsumi, second daughter Yuka and ex-wife Junko still live in the same house which Taro left. One day, Taro, who has been having difficulties paying his rent, visits his daughter Natsumi's office to ask for a loan. Natsumi is the bread winner for the family since he left., so she becomes angry at him. Later, Taro arrives at his former house unannounced and begins to live there.

Sachiko lost her parents at an early age and lived together with her only sister Nobuko who worked for a newspaper. Out of the blue, she is told that Nobuko is killed in an accident, but she simply cannot believe it because her sister had told her she was going to an entirely different place. 昭和31年、博多。ある日、全盲でありながら島原鉄道の社長であり郷土研究家でもある宮﨑康平が行方不明になり、無事発見されるが、「わが郷土、島原は遺跡の上に出来た町」と、神がかりなことを言い出す。復旧作業が始まると、次々と土器が発掘される。しかし、康平の解任によって雲仙観光バスは廃止。バスガールの長浜和子も島原を去ることになるが、駅で和子を待っていたのは康平だった。こうして、康平の妻として、和子の新しい生活が始まった。それは目の見えない康平の代わりに和子が魏志倭人伝などを読んで聞かせ、康平がそれを読み解き、“まぼろしの邪馬台国”の場所を探すという共同作業だった・・・。

主人公・田原美嘉は、身長が低いこと以外は普通の女子高生であった。ある日、ノゾムにPHSの番号を知られたことがきっかけで偶然ヒロ（桜井弘樹）と知り合ってつき合うことになる。 ヒロは美嘉との交際に始めは本気ではなかったが、次第に本気になっていく。アヤとノゾムのカップルとダブルデートをしたり、一緒に授業をサボったりして高校生活を楽しんでいた。 そんな中、美嘉はヒロとの子供を妊娠する。2人は子供を出産することを決めたが、ヒロの元彼女・咲に強く押されて転び、美嘉は流産してしまう。2人は大きなショックを受けるが、また強い絆で結ばれていく。

時は江戸幕府7代将軍家継の時代、天下泰平のこの時代にも、幕府内部では熾烈な権力争いがおこなわれていた。2代にわたり将軍家に仕えて権勢を誇る側用人間部詮房と老中たちの対立が表面化し、一方大奥でも先代将軍家宣の正室天英院と側室で家継の生母である月光院の対立が激しさを増していた。大奥総取締に就任した絵島は月光院の信任を得ており、その働きぶりは大奥で評判となるが、同時に月光院と対立する天英院派の反発を買うことになる。彼らは老中たちと手を組み、間部と月光院の排斥を画策していた。そんな折、寺社詣の帰り道に歌舞伎観劇で、看板役者生島新五郎と出会い惹かれるが、やがて彼らは江戸の大火を契機とした巨大な陰謀に巻き込まれていく。

Guitarist Ko-chanis a mess of sexual repression after a childhood at the mercy of two elder sisters eager to use him as a guinea pig for their make-up skills. Three storylines interweave in Border Line. Kurosawa (Murakami Jun) finds himself driving a taciturn young man named Matsuda (Sawaki Tetsu) halfway to Hokkaido, after accidentally knocking him off his bike; their fragile bond can last only so long. Mizusawa (Takenouchi Yutaka), an explosives expert, is arrested and charged with a string of bank robberies. On the way, Kayama receives word that the hotel where his wife and daughter are attending a party has been rigged with a time bomb. Being a "by-the-book" kind of cop, Kayama refuses to abandon his job and return to help his family. Meanwhile, the hotel is swarming with police and the bomb squad who are searching for the bomb and the culprit. Time is almost up. Mizusawa claims that he is the only who who can deactivate the bomb.

Young film star Ken Mihara is about to fall from stardom. His rise as a celebrity is solely credited to his onscreen counterpart, Keiko, who recently announced her retirement from acting in order to get married. Feeling frustrated and helpless, Ken turns to alcohol as he begins to provoke fights, attempts to lure a girl into bed, and argues with his wife, who came to visit him at the studio. All she says is thank you and leaves Ken puzzled. Ken Mihara, once a budding young star, takes a job as an extra. Although he's past his prime, he still manages to infuse a young filmmaker with the motivation to pursue her dreams as a director.

Set in a (fictional) student dormitory at Tokyo Metropolitan University, which is in danger of being closed down, the film depicts the emotional exchange between students struggling to keep the dormitory alive and a prefect sent in by the university. Inspired by the movement to preserve the Komaba Dormitory at the University of Tokyo, the story differs greatly from historical fact.
