Goku's Fire Brigade is a ten-minute public service video about fire safety, which aired in Japan in June 1988. This video features the main Dragon Ball characters having jobs as firefighters and Bulma living in a new apartment with Scratch.

Launch, as a traffic officer, teaches him about traffic safety. 뉴올리언스의 부둣가에서 시체가 발견된다. 검시관은 시신에서 특이한 증상을 발견하고, 공중위생국 의사 리드는 그것이 극도로 전염성이 강한 폐렴균에 의한 증상이라 진단한다. 리드는 시체와 접촉한 모든 사람을 찾아내야 하고, 그렇지 않으면 도시 전체가 감염될 수 있다고 정부를 설득하지만, 경찰을 비롯한 대부분의 사람들이 그의 의견에 회의적이다. 리드는 우선 살인범부터 찾아내려 한다. 제한된 시간 안에 감염의 연결고리를 끊어야 하는 상황은 긴장감과 공포를 증폭시킨다.

'피글렛의 티거 놀이'. 티거를 따라하는 것이 즐거워진 피글렛은 티거의 말투와 콩콩 뛰기, 그리고 줄무늬까지 모든 것을 따라한다. 그런데, 티거같은 피글렛이 진짜 티거보다도 좋다는 래빗의 말에 티거는 상처를 받고 마을을 떠나기로 한다. '케시의 세상 공부'. 귀여운 파랑새 케시는 자신이 할 줄 아는 것이 별로 없어서 친구들을 돕지 못한다는 생각에 슬퍼진다. 케시는 올빼미에게 도움을 청하고, 그의 충고에 따라 산책을 나선다. 푸와 래빗, 그리고 피글렛도 케시를 따라 나서지만, 도중에 길을 잃고 만다.

Despite these educational and scientific beginnings, however, this project led Demenÿ to pursue and influence the commercialism of cinema.
