Petar Lubarda, a young medical student, leads a secret life as one of the best drivers of "Serbian Roulette" - illegal street-races taking place during nighttime in downtown Belgrade. His older brother Mihajlo, once a top driver of "Roulette" himself, now a renowned anesthesiologist, gets involved in a maze of blackmail, conspiracy and revenge, when a former childhood friend Boban, a corrupt police inspector, threatens to incarcerate Petar for the deadly crash he supposedly done. In disturbing search for his brother, Mihajlo is drawn into a tangled web of corrupt Belgrade police, immense dark labyrinth of Secret service and brutal world of "Serbian Roulette". The search turns into his personal pursuit of meaning of life, and literally, into the race of life and death.
At the beginning of the World War I, Filip, a Serbian school director in the Serbian province, has been asked to immediately go to Belgrade to get war schedule. His wife Lea, Slovene, with no one to leave because the two of them recently arrived in the small town and no one really knows them. Azem, an Albanian, school attendance, gives Filip a promise (Besa) to watch the Lea and that nothing will happen. Lea and Azem, are forced to live together in an abandoned school. Their relationship changes during the time.
Džoni
Marko, an aspiring filmmaker, is unable to pursue a career in horror films. He ventures into the porn industry, but his unorthodox style fails to impress producers. Frustrated, he assembles a crew of junkies, homosexuals and transvestites and starts a traveling live porn show. Soon a shady producer appears, he will pay them real money if they are willing to start making snuff films for him.

The moral vacuum that was left after the nationalist conflicts in the area are reflected in the self-satisfied behaviour of the characters. Black comedy and ensemble film about modern Belgrade, where several people’s paths cross on the same day that several popular Serbian tennis players play a match in an important international tournament. A young girl tries her best to get her hands on new tennis equipment, a taxi driver blames the rest of the world for not being able to get on in life, a rich adolescent discovers that love is not for sale. Driven by instincts, fears and obsessions, the characters discover that reality will not fit in with their desires.
Five scenarios in which people have trouble distinguishing truth from illusions. Each segment reflects the motto of Voltaire's Candide: "Optimism is insisting everything is good, when everything is bad."
Driver (segment "Fabulous Vera")
동유럽의 떠오르는 신예 감독 6인이 ‘세대’라는 주제를 가지고 각각의 단편을 만들었다. 독립적인 애니메이션은 니콜라이 니키틴의 주도 아래 진행된 이 프로젝트의 단편들을 하나로 묶어주는 기능을 한다. 공산주의 붕괴 이후 첫 세대의 목소리를 담고 있는 이 영화는 동유럽이 이제 새로운 하나의 유럽에 동참할 준비가 되어있다는 것을 확신시켜 주는 동시에 이 영화를 통해 동유럽인들 스스로가 자신들을 성찰하고 있음을 보여준다.
