나욜라는 2살 난 딸을 남겨둔 채 남편을 찾아 전장으로 가고 생사의 경계를 넘나든다. 남겨진 딸 야라는 할머니 렐레나의 돌봄으로 자라나 경계와 억압이 일상화된 앙골라의 잿빛 도시에서 저항의 랩을 하며 자유를 꿈꾼다. 오래 지속된 앙골라 내전의 기억을 3대에 걸친 여성의 경험으로 구성한 작품.
Screenplay
Two Angola, the colonial and the contemporary, spaced 60 years, share the curse of a mysterious island. In the past, the epicenter of the tragedy is an evil fortress, tomb of revolutionaries deported from the mainland. In the present, the building of a luxurious resort awakens the relentless jaw of justice. Soon after, workmen lacerated dead bodies, begin to appear. The horror spreads rapidly. Pedro Mbala is sent to the island to solve the problem. His target is a pack of stray dogs.

As part of their adventure they recycle the wrapping paper from the Christmas presents and are able to breathe in pure air with all Sky-Forests ad Earth-Forests.

A cardboard boy makes-believe inside a cardboard box. Dodu, the cardboard boy, is very sensitive and lives in a city wich is really hostile towards little children. So he spends many hours indoors, playing with Carica, his ladybug friend. Whenever Dodu scratches the surface of the cardboard box, he is able to create wonderful worlds inhabited by unusual creatures that help him to deal with his emotions and how to grow.
