1980년대, 중년에 접어든 어느 인기 작가가 바닷가에 자리한 고향 마을을 방문한다. 그는 이곳에서 자신이 한때 사랑했던 여인을 닮은 소녀를 만난 뒤 옛 기억을 떠올린다. 한편 조금은 엉뚱한 성격의 소녀와 함께 마을 이곳저곳을 산책하며 가슴 아픈 사연을 하나씩 들려준다. 바닷가 마을의 아름다운 풍경과 신비한 분위기가 인상적인 작품.
