스즈란 고교에 전학 온 첫날, 카제오는 학교의 서열 싸움이 얼마나 치열한 지를 몸소 깨닫지만 복싱 선수였던 아버지가 경기 중 입은 내상으로 숨진 마음 아픈 기억 때문에 싸우기를 꺼려한다. 한편 후배인 마키세의 권유로 동네 정비소에서 일하게 된 켄은 지역 조직 폭력단이 땅을 매입하려한다는 얘기를 듣고 직접 찾아가고 거기서 구로사키 고교 출신의 후지와라와 스즈란 고교의 새 전학생 료헤이와 맞닥뜨린다. 전 학교에 대한 복수와 현 두목에게 인정받고 싶은 후지와라는 일부러 두 학교를 동시에 공격해 둘 사이를 이간질하고 그 사이 료헤이가 스즈란 고교의 톱 자리를 꿰찬다. 더 이상 참을 수 없게 된 카제오는 다른 학생들과 함께 스즈란 고교를 되찾기 위해 처음으로 주먹을 휘두르는데...

쌍둥이 형제인 스바루와 호마레는 닌자 두목 자리를 놓고 결투를 벌인다. 큰 상처를 입은 스바루를 거두어 살려주고 보살펴 준 하구로 조직에 처음으로 마음을 열게 된다. 스바루는 지금까지 자신을 보살펴준 사람들을 지키기 위해 싸우기로 결심하고 결국 호마레와의 결투에서 승리를 거둔다. 한편 스바루와의 결투 이후 죽은 줄로만 알았던 호마레는 실은 살아있었다. 수련을 거듭하며 복수를 다짐하는 호마레. 그리고 스바루는 정식으로 하구로 조직의 일원이 되어 행복한 파티를 준비하고 있었다. 그러나 닌자들은 스바루와 결투를 하기 위해 카렌을 납치한다. 그 사실을 알고 구하러 떠나는 하구로 일동. 과연 하구로 조직은 무사히 카렌을 구출할 수 있을 것인가?

닌자인 스바루와 호마레는 두목자리를 놓고 처절한 싸움을 벌이다가 야쿠자인 ‘하구로’ 조직의 집 마당까지 침범하게 된다. 결국 승부는 내지 못 한 채 호마레는 스바루를 버려두고 자리를 뜬다. ‘하구로’ 조직은 야쿠자이지만 다른 조직과는 다르게 평화롭게 사회봉사에 힘쓰며 살아가고 있다. 이들은 갑작스러운 불청객인 스바루를 정성껏 보살펴 주지만 다른 사람을 믿지 못하는 스바루는 몸이 낫는 대로 모두를 죽여 버리겠다며 이를 갈 뿐이다. 하지만 하구로 조직의 친절함 때문에 점점 마음을 열어 가는 스바루는 결국 야쿠자의 일원이 되기로 결심한다. 한편 호마레는 스바루에게 최후의 결투를 신청하고 야쿠자의 무술을 전수 받은 스바루는 닌자가 아니라 야쿠자로서, 하구로 조직의 후계자로서 호마레와 맞선다. 과연 두 닌자가 벌이는 혈투의 결과는 어떻게 될 것인가?

She kidnaps Mamoru and Usagi and intends to force Mamoru to marry her. However, the Shitennou are revived and help their master to defeat Mio's youma, Sword and Shield. Meanwhile, the Sailor Senshi, minus Sailor Mars who is hospitalized with injuries from battling Mio while in her civilian state, use the Moon Sword provided by Queen Serenity to restore their power, enabling them to transform and face Mio.
