마법의 마을 ´픽시 할로우´에 살고 있는 요정들은 계절을 바꾸는 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이 마을에 새로운 요정 벨이 태어난다. 이 요정은 자신의 재능이 무엇인지 시험을 받게 되는데 벨은 망가진 물건을 고치는 능력을 부여받는다. 이에 불만을 갖은 벨은 말썽을 피운다.
