여덞 살 소녀 포탄은 여름 캠프를 가던 중 이상한 캐릭터들이 모여 사는 재활용 센터에 가게 된다. 처음엔 망설이던 그들도 차츰 포탄을 돌봐주기 시작하고, 포탄은 곧 그들의 비밀을 알게 된다. 바로 높은 울타리 뒤편에서 우주로 가는 로켓을 만들고 있었던 것. 우주로 날아간 사상 최초의 여덞 살 소녀가 된 포탄과 함께 코미디와 모험, 우정을 만끽해 보자.

A small girl and her homemade mermaid doll - both of them named Garantia - is looking for her mommy's necklace. When she puts her doll into the aquarium the doll becomes alive and the aquarium becomes an enchanted ocean where she encounters the Snapper Gang, the ancient jelly fish Mr Elderling, the huge whale Nora and a small fish on a bicycle on her quest for the necklace.
