A well-located but poor district in Istanbul, surrounded by gardens, flowers, and trees, is to be leveled by a construction company in order to be able to build higher-quality real estate there. There is resistance to these plans, especially among young people in the neighborhood.

Kerim Savaş, who married the daughter of one of the richest people in Turkey, is found dead in his house shortly after the wedding. After the investigation, it is understood that the new groom was killed. Although the police have a large list of suspects, there is not the slightest evidence of the crime, while the special unit cops are having a hard time getting out of the business, and a second murder is committed.

Murat, who lost his family as a result of an accident in his childhood, makes his name known in auto racing while struggling with this trauma over the years.

An elderly woman who comes to the police station with a man in a wheelchair confesses to killing the man sitting in the wheelchair. One day waves bring a wooden statue of Lenin to a small town by the Black Sea. The statue is erected in the town square by the Municipality with the hope that it would attract tourists to the town. As an official opening ceremony is planned with the participation of the Prime Minister and a Russian delegation, the statue gets stolen. Two police investigators from Ankara are assigned to find Lenin in twelve hours. Townspeople give an unexpected answer to the question «Where is Lenin?».
