It is the year 2008, computer generated deadly assassins roam the Earth when a digital warrior program is sabotaged. Upon learning of the deception, the game's designer faces a race against time to recapture the AWOL renegades before their awesome fighting abilities destroy mankind.

Finally they find out the facts that the treasure contains Chinese national treasures. PRC Gov't decided to send WANG Chin and Dr. LI (MOK Siu-chung) to the Philippines to reclaim these treasures which led by a Philippine local guy (CHOW Man-kin). However, the whole treasure process is a nightmare .....

The two HK cops who are assigned to work with them are Waise Lee and Yukari Oshima. Later a Taiwanese cop also joins them and the friction between the three groups is evident – but in the end of course all three Chinas must work together to capture the bad guys!

Though policewoman Hsie Wan-chin (Cynthia Yang Li-ching) is merrily planning for her wedding with fellow cop Wilson Tsiang (Lawrence Ng Kai-wah), he is having an illicit affair with her best friend, May (Moon Lee). When Wilson tries to break things off, May doesn't take it well. When she learns that Wilson and Wan-chin are moving to England, she completely loses it.

It's a Godfrey Ho movie, and a rather confusing one in terms of its existence. I'm guessing he really wanted to get the most out of the footage he shot with Cynthia Rothrock, so what we got is a largely gutted (much of Honor and Glory is gone) and tweaked version of footage from Honor and Glory spliced into another movie. The whole thing ends up being a confused mess. The big difference plot-wise is that there really isn't any issue with the missile in this movie. It's some money thing that weakly connects the two movies. The big difference character-wise is that the reporter and the lackey who comes around to see his boss is corrupt are all but removed from the story. Their stories having made up the bulk of Honor and Glory. We also get more time with Robin Shou. He's seems to be in both movies. I'm not sure how that all worked out.

In an early role, Carrie Ng leads a Thai police task force and issues a lot of orders while posing in a rather striking paramilitary uniform! Moon Lee and Yukari are sent into the jungle as undercover operatives running a sting operation. Eventually they run the gang to ground, ambushing a river opium convoy amid a string of double-crosses. Although hundreds of rounds are expended throughout the movie, the gun play tends to be formulaic.

The history begins in a small small village. The son lives with the father, and the daughter with mother, their parents constantly are at enmity and clash, bringing the matter to fights. In one of her first film appearances Yukari plays an undercover Japanese criminal police officer investigating the gang led by Yamashita (Yasuaki Kurata). As in most of these Taiwanese films, slapstick comedy alternates with intense action. An absurd plot has something to do with missing bullion and a treasure map. Yamashita’s gang wants it, and so do an unlikely band of heroes, including an incompetent traffic cop, his cop wannabe girl friend, and a couple of card sharks who have teamed up with an infatuated gas station owner. Some of Taiwan’s best action actors provide excellent kung fu action.
