A conversation with a woman waiting at the stop of a non-existent bus #13 becomes a turning point in the life of all her interlocutors. People "wake up" from the power of stereotypes and false beliefs, and act in accordance with their new understanding. Their stories show that moral choice is not always legal, but legitimate - not always moral. This builds one of the main ideas of the film: "Everyone is entangled with false stereotypes and ideas, but the only true way is to live their lives."
A primavera chega a Pripyat, cidade de 50 mil habitantes no interior da Ucrânia. Em 25 de abril de 1986, o pequeno Valery planta uma macieira com a ajuda de seu pai Alexei, um cientista. Surprisingly the Surgeon is ALIVE and is willing to admit his crimes against the human race and especially the Jews. The 3 older x Mossad agents who are in their late 60th became aware to this unfortunate threatening knowledge. The fact was that the "Surgeon" managed to escape from his guards 30 years ago.
