Oscar Navarro was born in Bogotá on February 16, 1969. He is an art director and partner of Rhayuela. He studied elementary school at Colegio Emmanuel D`Alzon and high school at Colegio San Juan Bautista de la Salle where he graduated in 1988. He graduated in Graphic Design from the Centro de Diseño Taller Cinco in 1992 and completed the Production Design Workshop at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión -EICTV- de San Antonio de los Baños in Cuba (2001).
