A documentary about cooperation that has created jobs According to the Hungarian Maltese Charity, the meaning of “Presence” is to be present in the lives of other people. The Presence (Jelenlét) programme is based on permanent and intensive social work in urban slums and impoverished small towns and villages. The film depicts the road leading from idea to implementation, i.e. the current stable operation, and explains the philosophy behind the activities of the charity service: unconditional support and providing the opportunity for a new life.

The story takes place nowadays, somewhere in Northern Hungary. Juli leaves home one day on a bicycle. She starts toward the North. Cycles comfortably on the bending mountain roads. She left the compass home, however, so she gets lost soon. On the road, she meets strange figures.
