Picking up immediately where Part I left us, John escapes what he believes to be Kevin's corpse. A new cop who doesn't give a f*ck turns up to investigate named Jameel. The three of them are entangled in a Web of murder, blood and... string instruments?

A decade after being locked up, a mass serial killer named Kevin, with a peculiar affection for a vividly blue ukulele, returns to the home of his last victims to torment a man named John.
