Luca (George Pistereanu), um jovem de 20 anos, seduz garotas e depois as entrega a seus amigos no porto de Constanta, no Mar Negro, para integrar uma rede de prostituição. Até conhecer a bela Veli (Ada Condeescu), uma de suas vítimas potenciais, e se apaixonar. É verão no rio Danúbio, em Harsova. A música alta, os carros, as garota bronzeadas fazem parte da paisagem, e Veli foge de casa para os braços de Luca. O primeiro amor nunca pareceu tão perigoso.
