Marie-Hélène lives in a manor with her husband George, but is not happy. She feels stifled and trapped by the constant presence of Cécile, her intrusive mother-in-law. One day, Jacques and a beautiful woman, Françoise, comes to visit. Marie-Hélène feels attracted to Françoise. To such an extent that the two women fall in love and run away to the city.

Britt, deluxe call-girl, is punished by the brothel owner because she was not accomodating enough to a customer. From now on, she must obey to all customers sadistic wishes, or else.

Maddalena finds that her donkey has reappeared after being missing for months. However, on the same day, a donkey disappears in a neighboring village. The unfortunate coincidence leads to "war" between the two villages.

У героя два сына: один компанейский парень, душа компании, и другой - папенькин сынок и ябеда. По замыслу родителя старший должен отправиться в скучнейшую поездку в Лондон, а младший - составить компанию юной англичанке в поездке по Франции, но вышло все совсем не так.

Ten young people (six boys and four girls), most of whom students, rent a house in bad repair and set about living together. The experience is not obvious and the ten tenants have to cope with more than one difficulty. But they also have their moments. Things really go awry when Françoise, an unmarried girl, is forced to deliver the baby she carries prematurely and when Solange, the lonely girl of the group, attempts suicide. Shortly afterwards, the group learns that the house is due for demolition. They decide to take advantage of this opportunity to face adult life individually.

Фильм рассказывает о дружбе двух подростков в римско-католической церкви, точнее, в семинарии, в 30-е годы прошлого века. У них завязывается не то чтобы любовная связь, но очень, очень близкая дружба. Во время тайного свидания их застает один из отцов - наставников и заставляет порвать отношения.
