An ordinary man frustrated with the various flaws he sees in society begins to psychotically and violently lash out against them.

The Daywalker known as "Blade" - a half-vampire, half-mortal man - becomes the protector of humanity against an underground army of vampires.

He helps them install a security system, begins dropping by on short notice and unofficial patrol angling to pry into the couple's problems with the wife. The second of two theatrically released follow-ups to the Neon Genesis Evangelion series.
