Acústico MTV é o segundo álbum ao vivo e o primeiro Acústico MTV da banda brasileira de rock Titãs, gravado em 6 e 7 de Março de 1997. É considerado um dos discos mais importantes da história do Rock nacional.

Biquíni Cavadão é uma banda de rock formado em 1983 por amigos da mesma escola que resolveram fazer “cover” de bandas estrangeiras, a banda cresceu com o sucesso e se tornou o Biquíni Cavadão, que até hoje fazem sucesso. O primeiro grande sucesso da banda foi a música “Tédio”. Em 2005 a banda comemorava sus 20 aninhos,e para lembrar desse dia resolveram fazer seu primeiro DVD “Biquíni Cavadão: ao Vivo”, o show gravado nesse DVD aconteceu no mesmo lugar onde foi realizado o primeiro show oficial do grupo ( o primeiro show aconteceu no dia 16 de Março de 1985 ). Acústico MTV é um álbum de 2004 da banda brasileira Ira!. Foi o segundo projeto da banda pela MTV e primeiro disco lançado pela Arsenal Music. O disco traz as participações do cantor Samuel Rosa (líder do Skank), da cantora Pitty (em "Eu Quero Sempre Mais") e d'Os Paralamas do Sucesso (na canção "Envelheço na Cidade").

Acústico MTV é um álbum ao vivo da banda brasileira de rock Legião Urbana, lançado em 1999. No Brasil foram vendidos mais de 1 milhão de cópias e sendo premiado com Disco de Diamante pela ABPD.[1] Foi o segundo programa da série Acústico MTV no Brasil, o primeiro havia sido com a banda carioca Barão Vermelho. O show foi gravado na antiga boate Hippodromo, em São Paulo, no dia 28 de Janeiro de 1992. A banda aceitou o convite da emissora para gravar o programa, ao invés de preparar um videoclipe para a divulgação do então novo álbum, V. O show ainda destaca-se por ser o Acústico com maior simplicidade instrumental, por ser tocado com apenas dois violões e percussão.

Acústico MTV é o álbum acústico da banda brasileira Capital Inicial, lançado em formato CD e DVD. Ele faz parte da série Acústico MTV da emissora MTV Brasil. Foi lançado em 2000. O álbum fez grande sucesso e emplacou seis músicas nas paradas musicais (Tudo Que Vai, Primeiros Erros, Natasha, Cai a Noite, Independência e Fogo), consagrando o ressurgimento estrondoso da banda, que teve início no álbum Atrás dos Olhos, lançado em 1998. Os convidados especiais para esta performance foram: Kiko Zambianchi (que, em nota, afirmou à Revista MTV que fora convidado porque "ninguém na banda sabia tocar violão") e Zélia Duncan.
