Voice in the Night (1934)

Pursued by formidable Chinese assassins, young Kotaro and his dog run into No Name, a mysterious stranger who gets pulled into the chase. During World War II, a brave, patriotic American Soldier undergoes experiments to become a new supersoldier, "Captain America".
