Synopsis

Years in the future, a criminal hacker travels back in time to rise above the system. Upon this report, a troop is sent out from an elite force to capture him and travels back to the year, 1984. During this journey, he teams up with a special cop to assist him on his mission to take down the criminal and serve future justice.
