Rhea is the typical girl next door who is in love with Luv Nanda, a rich and famous boy in college. Davin McDerby is a handsome, irresponsible slacker who arrives in Montauk Long Island for a summer of fun. He has no intention of working too hard and every intention of enjoying himself as much as possible while simultaneously escaping the pressing problems that await him back home in Ireland. Over a summer of car-jacking, pool-hopping, and tequila-drinking Davin and his new found friends discover that they have affected one another causing them to re-evaluate their lives.

This made-for-video production mixes highlights of Michael Jordan from the '80s with a fantasy storyline of a high school teen named Walt, who has been cut from his basketball team. Doubting his abilities, Walt gets some lessons from Michael Jordan himself, on the magical Playground known as Michael Jordan's Playground.

At age 17, Eglantine is troubled by a number of things. Her argumentative parents comprise an absentee and philandering father and an overprotective, occasionally alcoholic mother. Her boyfriend Sébastien is a couple of years older; he's ready, but she isn't. Kevin, an intelligent guy helps out Maxwell to improve his reading skills. In return, Kevin wants Maxwell to take him out places since he is not authorized to go out. Being the social outcasts of the town, Kevin and Maxwell come to realize that they are similar to each other and accept that they are "freaks" and nothing will stop them.
