Synopsis
In the unemployed Vimmerby there is one who does not need to be afraid of losing the job. On the contrary, he has never had so much to do before. Tom Alandh follows the crown bailiff Bror Carlsson as he treads away on his bicycle with the document portfolio on the package holder.
