Synopsis
Roy runs away from the labor camp of Santa Lucia with Emiliano, a New Mexico rancher, both imprisoned unjustly for three powerful American bankers, to seize the gold mine that had Emiliano. During flight, the landowner dies and in his last moments asked Roy to recover the mine and save Jessica, daughter of his former foreman.

At the end of the Civil War, Jim Slade, a young confederate soldier and conscientious objector, returns to his ranch to find his parents murdered and the ranch practically destroyed. He finds and kills three of the murderers and learns the name of the fourth, a certain Corbett. Finally he discovers Corbett as the leader of a gang that has plans to rob a local bank and is invited to help defend the town from the bandits. Teaming with a preacher, who has an agenda of his own, the two take a stand against Corbett.

During the trip the two deputies to whom she's been entrusted rape and leave her in the desert, certain that she's dead. The girl is found by Black Talisman, an outlaw, who takes her to his hideout, nurses her back to health and after hearing her story, determines to avenge her and clear her name.
Bruno Corazzari and his gang are in jail awaiting trial. They hire Fernando Sancho's gang to kill the only witness who then take all the passengers of a stagecoach hostage, in Richard Harrison's inn, because they are unsure which of them is actually the witness.
