Synopsis
Twisted tale about a crazy, preaching redneck named Jake who kidnaps people off the highway and performs sick medical experiments on them. He then proceeds to sell their organs on the black market to Mr. Stone. Everything is fine until he kidnaps the handicapped April and finds that she is harder to control than the others.
In order to foil a terrorist plot, an FBI agent undergoes facial transplant surgery and assumes the identity of a criminal mastermind. The plan turns sour when the criminal wakes up prematurely and seeks revenge.
Charles Elaine, a famous actor, becomes the target of a man who wants to apply to him a theory according to which you can make someone crazy by manipulating him. Rella, a beautiful young woman, is designed to drive Charles crazy.
