This film is composed entirely of clips from other films, redubbed to created a new film. Clips are from Emanuelle nera Orient reportage (1976), Eva nera (1976), Emanuelle e gli ultimi cannibali (1977), La Via della prostituzione (1977), and possibly others. Hardcore inserts were also added.

A group of castaways wash ashore on a deserted island in this Italian sex/gore movie. They are unaware that a sex-crazed radioactive monster is also on the island. He attacks and rapes several of the women, who die horrible deaths because his sperm is radioactive. The survivors must find a way to either escape the island or kill the monster.

At the party Lisa is taken by the young man while the others watch. This seems to do the trick for Lisa. Her curiosity for the young man deepens and she wants to see him again. Two thieves rod a drug store and decide to hide out in a porn shop. Soon after when the coast is clear, the thieves take the shop worker with them as hostage. On there way to freedom they decide to break into a mansion and discover that they are not the only ones hiding as well. They find a group of students. The movie soon turns into a Last House on the Left meets a Joe D'Amato style film full of sleazy sex.
