Movies

Tubes - Live at German Television: The Musikladen Concert 1981
For the first time on DVD. The fantastic concert of The Tubes presenting their album Completion Backward Principle in the studios of Radio Bremen, Germany in 1981. The concert was completely filmed and shows Fee Waybill, Roger Steen, Bill Spooner, Rick Anderson, Vince Welnick, Michael Cotton and Prairie Prince in top form. A rousing show with many scenes and dancers.
Todd Rundgren Todd
Todd Rundgren performed Todd live in its entirety for the first time ever, as part a special limited six-date sold-out tour (the Healing album was also performed, which will be a subsequent stand-alone live DVD/CD release). The September 14 date at Philadelphia’s Keswick Theater, in Rundgren’s hometown, was videotaped and is being released as both a live DVD by S’More Entertainment and a live audio CD by sibling RockBeat Records. Joining him onstage were Utopia’s Kasim Sulton (bass), The Cars’ Greg Hawkes (keyboards), The Tubes’ Prairie Prince (drums), Guitar Player Magazine’s editor Jesse Gress (guitar), Bobby Strickland (sax) and a full choir.
Neil Hamburger: Western Music and Variety
Himself
Neil Hamburger is a two-bit stand-up with a bad comb-over--an aging, phlegmy jokester with a penchant for cheap celebrity jabs. He's also the brilliantly odd creation of Gregg Turkington, a decidedly more gifted comedian who has found a loyal cult following for his Tony Clifton-esque character. In this concert release, Hamburger performs a handful of twangy country tunes alongside the Too-Good-For-Neil-Hamburger Band, a name that speaks the truth: the back-up group includes veteran rockers Prairie Prince, David Gleason, and Atom Ellis.
The Tubes - Wild West Show
The wild and theatrical Tubes take over London! Features live footage of the band's 2004 ""Wild West"" performance at the Shepherd's Bush Empire in London. Tracklist includes: ""White Punks On Dope,"" ""Talk To Ya Later,"" ""Don't Want To Wait Anymore,"" ""Tip Of My Tongue"" and more. Features Vice Squad's Becki Bondage on ""Don't Touch Me There.
Theology
Storyboard
Computer animation that follows a mysterious egg, directed by art pop musician Todd Rundgren. 3 years of production for 3 mins of animation.
Cracking Up
What would happen if a 9.7 magnitude earthquake were to strike the L.A. area? This is what "Cracking Up" looks at from the lighter side. The movie is composed of individual skits of original material by the actors spun around this hypothetical disaster.
