Mitsuo Hashimoto

History

Mitsuo Hashimoto (橋本 みつお, Hashimoto Mitsuo) is a Japanese anime director and storyboarder. Previously, he worked under his real name 橋本 光夫 (same pronunciation). Also, when he was a member of Toei Animation, he sometimes worked for other companies under the name Genjūrō Tachibana (立花 源十郎, Tachibana Genjūrō). He is known for his work on Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball series and films.

Launch, as a traffic officer, teaches him about traffic safety. Meanwhile, Goku, who is also on his way to Bulma's party, gets a traffic lesson of his own from Suno after running through traffic to see her.
