Indie band 'Yo La Tengo' covers Wilco's second to last song on their album Summerteeth, titled '23 Seconds of Silence' in a documentary/music video
Music
A documentary about the greatest soul singer you've ever heard--even if you've never heard of him.
For almost two decades, Yo La Tengo have put on an annual eight-night Hanukkah concert series in New York City. With help on Night One, 2019, from guests Fred Armisen, William Tyler, Jon Glaser and Greg Hetson, it's total musical "mishegoss" -- and it's all for charity.
In February 2018, Yo La Tengo played an intimate Pitchfork video showcase at National Sawdust in Brooklyn, debuting songs from their upcoming album There’s a Riot Going On.

Through the family, Madeleine gains greater insight into George's character.

The end of the millenium has taken on a certain significance in modern day prophecies. What happens if Jesus Christ has second thoughts about the Apocalypse? It is December 31, 1999 and New Year's Eve takes on new meaning when the Devil, Jesus Christ, and Christ's assistant Magdelina discuss and debate the end of the world, the opening of the seven seals, and the essence of being human.

A film about the many faces of time as it flows from the future to the past, through cyclic, biological, curved and paradoxical time.

Based on the true story of Valerie Solanas who was a 1960s radical preaching hatred toward men in her "Scum" manifesto. She wrote a screenplay for a film that she wanted Andy Warhol to produce, but he continued to ignore her. So she shot him. This is Valerie's story.

Alchemy, Webster says, is a magical process of transmuting ordinary materials into something of true merit (base metals into gold). And such is this story of a young, very intense, woman who 'sculpts' by placing in some kind of order into cigar boxes, little things, usually broken, that she finds here and there. So exciting is her work that she is able to go to a month long retreat where she is only asked to "do what you do without interruption." But there are interruptions, and not only at this retreat, but in other parts of her life as she tries to amalgamate who she is from what she discovers about herself.
Music
A person finds a magical fish, wishes for "it all" and learns a lesson about when enough is enough.

Inspired by the writings of the 13th century Indian poet Kabir, "Upside Down" shocks the audience from its torpor. Lost in a maze of contradictions, its characters search for a way out... Death is befriended and the eternal yearning for harmony, beauty and balance are realized in the final sequence.
Animation
Using Baseball as a metaphor, this film explores the world of William Blake.
Animation
Earth is visited by a race of aliens, who issue an ultimatum: either peace or complete destruction.
Director
In this early work and collaboration between sisters Emily and Georgia, a figure journeys through a bewildering, menacing world. The film was created using a plethora of materials, including color-changing children’s markers and spray paint, and many of the specialized supplies, like cels, cel paint, and grease pencils, were leftovers from their parents’ famed Hubley Studios.

John & Faith Hubley combined animation with the voices of their preschool daughters (Georgia & Emily) to make this award winning short. (New York Animation Festval) Similar in concept to their earlier work "Moonbird".

Two little girls muse on marriage and babies, love and death as they create and act out plays in their backyard.
On the one hand, a healthy child who has enough to eat. On the other hand, a poor, undernourished kid. On the one had, a quarter of the blue planet's children. On the other hand, the remaining three quarters.
