A film that describes the love-hate relationship between Werner Herzog and Klaus Kinski, the deep trust between the director and the actor, and their independently and simultaneously hatched plans to murder one another.
Dr. Brogan receives Helena as a patient, who has fallen into a vegetative state after witnessing the horrendous murders of three of his companions. Brogan, will soon realize that Helena is not a normal patient, when the young woman begins to transmit painful and violent images of the events.
