A girl involved in an accident is rescued by a motorist who is a former private detective. The two will journey past a horrifying incident unleashed at a nearby pharmaceutical factory. An epidemic is invading the area, between attempts to escape and shelter from the impending threat at some point, the former private detective will come to realize that the cause of the epidemic is not far from him.

In their village of Puglia (Southern part of Italy on the Adriatic side) Federico and Riccardo have been best friends since childhood. Federico is a penniless playboy, while Riccardo is a young fashion designer. To pursue his dream, Riccardo trades his home for Milan. When Frederick discovers that the Puglia Region provides funding in support of business activities, he convinces Riccardo to come back and open a fashion house. But there is a problem: funding is only available to common law couples, and so Federico and Riccardo must pretend to be a gay couple, and enlist the help of the local newspaper editor, a journalist and Richard’s despotic girlfriend ..

Lucio is constantly obsessed of losing his ex girlfriend Nadia and the house he is still paying the loan for, and above all he doesn't want to lose his 8 year old daughter. For this reason he start to stalk Nadia to convince her to give their relationship a fresh start. Unfortunately, Nadia is seeing someone else and has no intention of going back to Lucio. Two customs officers undercover, Marshal Remo Signorelli and Brigadier Riccardo Riva, try to stop Massimiliano Grilli, a master of evasion. On one occasion, Remo meets his old friend Fulvio who suspected he had an affair with his then girlfriend and now wife.

Elena and Francesco are two twenty-five and to be married, Roberto and Flavia are twenty years and in love with the impetus of youth; Tommaso and Virginia are two singles that have in common the fact that they feel out of lace in the world. The union of these characters will be shocked by the death of Francesco as a result of a car accident, the loss of his friend upset the lives of everyone.
