In order to turn their lives around, three taxi drivers living at the bottom rung of society hatch a plan to steal an invaluable art piece. Their plan was supposed to be perfect, but as coincidences pile up it becomes clear that nothing is going to go according to plan.

A man wanders alone, away from his family, in search of a place to die. He runs away from the massage therapist who is supposed to heal him, and drives into the deep mountains in a car he stole on the road. He abandons his car and walks further into the forest, where he meets a strange young man.

The soldiers no longer know why they are at war, and when it even started. Daily and dutifully they march to the river and shoot at the opposite village from 9 to 5 – orders are orders after all. They’ve done so for decades. When private Tsuyuki is transferred to the marching band, people keep asking him what use music is in times of war.

Akira is the legendary killer known as the Fable. Following the order of his boss and due to being overworked, he lives peacefully with his partner, Yoko, as ordinary siblings. Meanwhile, Utsubo is a representative for an NPO. But, Utsubo works with contract killer Suzuki to set people up for extortion purposes. They target someone at design company Octopus.

Designer Enatsu secretly worries about sexlessness with his wife. Office worker Akane has been trying to return to work in the office while undergoing rehab at home for panic symptoms. Elite advertising agent Ikeyama wants to cut the relationship with his lover. A shabby man named Kurita appears before the three, each with a secret. Enatsu is told by Kurita that he has been having an affair with Enatsu's wife and wants to apologize. Akane accidentally runs over Kurita while driving alone for the first time in a long time. After finishing work, Ikeyama gets a phone call from Kurita saying he has abducted Ikeyama’s lover. The suspicious man who calls himself Kurita gradually reveals the secrets of the three regarding their sexualities...

The film consists of three stories adapted from Japanese novelist Kanoko Okamoto's Farewell, To The Year Gone By and The House Spirit. Set in modern-day Taiwan, Japan's Yamagata, and Kuala Lumpur, they are the fantastical and humorous depiction of the landscapes of love between men and women in the 21st century. A slap in the face, a voice message, and a storm upend the quiet routine of life. They stir up memories, giving rise to pursuit, revenge and confrontation.

Rina Ichinose starts a busy work life at an advertising agency right after graduation. But the job doesn't go well and she has to work overtime every day. An investigation begins of the serial killer and Detective Kosuke Nitta works on the case. He believes the next murder will take place at Hotel Koruteshia Tokyo. To catch the killer, Kosuke Nitta goes undercover and begins working at the front desk of the hotel. Naomi Yamagishi works at the front desk of Hotel Koruteshia Tokyo. She is selected to train Kosuke Nitta for his front desk job, but they can't get along. Kosuke Nitta is focused on catching the killer, but Naomi Yamagishi prioritizes the safety of the guests. As they begin to understand each others differences, they also begin to build a trust between each other. Who is the murderer?

On Mihama, one of Tokyo's outlying islands, Shinji witnesses the rape of his girlfriend and middle-school classmate, Haruka, then commits an irreversible crime. One day, film producer Koshimizu brings a movie investment proposal to yakuza leader Shimada. Shimada decide to invest in the film and he assigns Yasuhiko Kuwabara to oversee his investment in the film. Film producer Koshimizu though runs away with their investment money. Keisuke and Yasuhiko struggle to get Shimada’s money back from Koshimizu.

To borrow money, Jun visits Kaukau Finance owned by Kaoru Ushijima.

The Kansai Tiger Fang Association and Kanto Shoryukai have decided to hold an unprecedented handmade harmony ceremony in response to the upheaval of the Exclusion Ordinance.
