History
Sammy Lau’s uncle is legendary Hong Kong film director and superstar Lau Kar-leung. At age of five Sammy followed his father Liu Chia-yung to Taiwan to make parts in movies. In 1996 Billy Lau help young actor to sign a contract with TVB. Later, he decided to leave the TVB and made his acting career reach a new milestone. In addition to TV series, Liu Yongjian also performed in movies, such as "Taxi Judge" and "Speed Zombie".

Louis Koo plays an assassin who wants to go straight after getting out of prison, so he turns down a job from his former employer Simon Yam to kill a politician. Yam carries out the hit himself and manages to frame Koo for the crime, who then must run from both the cops and criminals as he tries to clear his name.

Correction Officer Kwok Kam Hung is a gambling addict and owes a large sum of money, so he constantly makes money through the inmates. The department finds out and fires him. Unemployed, Hung seeks other means to survive and recalls a trick formula that will daze the victim and take the victim's money. He first tries and succeeds in dazing a prostitute and taking her money. Hung then decides to inject the daze drug into drinks in convenient stores.
