Shigeo Kiyama (喜山 茂雄, Kiyama Shigeo, September 27, 1973) is a Japanese actor and voice actor born in Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyō). He has a low baritone voice and speaks the Kansai dialect. His hobbies are billiards, bowling and video games.

Rygart, after finding out that Borcuse is heading to his hometown where his little brother Regatz lives, disobeys Narvi's order to head home and search for his brother. However, when he arrives, the villagers have been killed by Borcuse's men. Borcuse is glad to see Rygart is here and has duel with him while his men are ordered to watched.
